Roast the semolina on low heat until golden brown and set it aside.
Coarsely grind raw green peas and cook them with garlic and green chili paste.
In a separate bowl, mix roasted semolina with mint leaves, ginger, asafoetida, green chili paste, curd, oil, and water to create a smooth batter.
Add salt, coriander leaves, and cook for a few minutes.
Add turmeric powder to one part of the batter to create a yellow-colored batter.
Prepare a steamer and place a greased plate on top.
Layer the batter with green peas mixture, white batter, and yellow batter. Steam for a few minutes until cooked.
