Moong Dal Vada Recipe

Ingredients

- 1 cup Green Moong Daal  - 1 tbsp Rice (Soaked)  - 1 pcs Ginger (2 inch)  - 4-5 Green Chilli  - 1 tbsp Whole Coriander   - 1 tsp Black Pepper  - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds  - 1/2 tsp Carom Seeds   - 1 tsp Fennel Seeds  - 2 Chopped Popti Chilli

Radish

First of all take moong dal and leave it soaked for 4 hours.

Step 1

Wash the lentils evenly and remove the skins.

Step 2

While grinding the lentils, keep in mind that there should not be any water in it at all.

Step 3

SWAD SPECIAL TIP

Add ginger and hot chillies while grinding the pulses.

Step 4

We will dry roast the spices of lentils, which will have fennel, cumin, celery, black pepper, whole coriander

Step 5

Grind the spices and add them to the paste along with Surti Green Chili Coriander and mix everything well.

Step 6

After preparing the quail, heat the oil and fry the vade till it turns golden brown.

Step 7

Serve chili and onion with moong flour.
