First, I am adding carom seeds. Now, I am adding asafoetida powder,black pepper powder,baking powder.
Now finally I will add a ingredient which will increase the crispness of the bread, that is Dalda Ghee.
Now I will start mixing it, which is the most important part.When you mix all the ingredients with flour, you have to break all the lumps.
Now I am adding water, it should be either lukewarm or regular water.
I have binded the dough. Now it's time to knead and punch it. I will take it on the platform and knead it properly.
Now I will divide it into pieces. We will make small balls of it. It should be smooth. So our pedas are ready.
And I have prepared oil on one side. This is not just oil. I have also mixed dalda ghee in it. You can also fry it in pure dalda.
Now, I am putting it in the oil. Slowly, it will float and come up. You have to cook it on a slow fire, with patience.
If you want it to get a proper crispness, then you have to fry it with patience. So, it has got a golden color and it is very crispy.
