Ingredients

- 110gm Unsalted Butter  - 15gm Pure Ghee  - 1tsp Castor Sugar  - 100gm Refined Flour  - 100 gm  Wheat Flour  - ½ tsp Salt  - 20gm Semolina (Rawa)  - ½ + ¼ tsp Baking Powder  - ¼ tsp Baking Soda  - 1tsp Sahi Jeera  - 30gm Curd  Bake at 160°C for 15 to 20 Minute

Radish

First of all we have to take unsalted butter.

Step 1

To light the butter with the help of bitter.

Step 2

Now we will add some castor sugar, semolina and cumin in it.

Step 3

All have to mix properly and make semi soft dough for which curd will be added to it.

Step 4

Now add wheat flour, all purpose flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder.

Step 5

Preheat Oven For 10 minutes on 160 degree temprature.

Step 6

Here we have taken a 50 mm table spoon and shaped it.

Step 7

Bake it for 22 minutes in oven .
